You have full access to the entire apartment. You will be provided access codes to both the building entrance and the apartment just prior to checking in.

Other things to note

Please be aware that our historic building is currently undergoing renovation. While we strive to ensure your comfort, you may notice ongoing work in certain areas.

Original features like lobby tiles have been preserved, but as remodeling is still in progress, some elements both inside and outside may not appear completely finished.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work to enhance your experience in our unique space.

Additionally, as cannabis use is legal in Michigan, guests may encounter the scent from neighboring apartments beyond our control.

And finally, as much as we want you to enjoy your stay with us, we simply ask that you please be respectful of the property and other tenants in the building.
